30 Day Challenge
DAY 23: Luke 15:11-32 (Outreach): Two attitudes are illustrated by Jesus. First is that of the Father who longs for the return of the wayward son. The second is the frustration of the elder brother who feels younger brother is getting better than he deserves. What are we to do when we find that our attitude doesn't match the Father's? As we pray for the Lost today, ask the Father to change your attitude. I regularly ask God to give me a genuine burden of concern for the people of our community. I set my alarm for 10:02 and pray Luke 10:2 every morning, asking God for the privilege of joining him in the “harvest”. Most people are content to “feel what I feel”. God, however makes it possible for us to feel what He feels... I choose to agree with God.
